Please sign messages you send to the list
with your full (first and last) name and email address. |

Graphics files or other attachments of any
kind cannot be included in messages sent to the BoxerMailingList. If you would like to share pictures or files
with other list members I would be happy to post them to our server so you can direct members to the
website location of them. |

Please do not flame, harass, threaten, or abuse
your other list members: pubilcaly or privately. This is a situation where the Administrator can remove you.
If you receive such email privately please forward it to the Administrators. |

When quoting messages in reply to the list,
quote the pertinent sections please. |

Message subjects not acceptable on the BoxerMailingList include
the following:
| Virus warnings. |
| Test messages. |
| "Me too" messages. |
| Apologies for mistakes (forgetting to sign a
post for example). |
| Requests for administrative help (make such
requests privately). |
| Chain letters. |

Private messages and messages of interest to
only one person should be sent privately. |

Private messages must remain private and should not
be forwarded to the list for any reason without the express consent of the
original sender. |

Complaints about list management, list messages,
or list members should be sent privately to the Administrators. We realize this is YOUR list.
We are here to protect you and the other members. Without you there would be no BoxerMailingList :-)

Posts about litters of puppies is acceptable but soliciting buyers or offering them for sale
on the list is not acceptable. |

Rescue groups are encouraged to post about their fundraisers, special needs, dogs available etc. Rescue groups and posts WILL NEVER be
discriminated. Please include your location in the subject line. |
